Return & Refunds Policy for Dzynkart.com

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 2 days of placing the order. If orders are communicated to sellers and shipped or are out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be honored.
In such an even, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep. Dzynkart does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. Refunds or replacements are possible if the product quality is unsatisfactory. Report damaged or defective items to our customer service. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of products. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer needs to relabel the packaging properly and we will deduct 10% amount as restocking charges to facilitate shipping charges for courier payment and meeting other expenses.
If your product doesn't match the website description or your expectations, please contact customer service within 2 days. The customer service team after investigating your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. If Dzynkart approves any refunds, it will take 14 days for the refund to be processed and sent to you.

European Union 2-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 2 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Company keeps rights to refund less amount in case of any damage or reuse of the product after talking to the customer.
